Also available to clients wishing to use the discipline of the ballet technique to enhance their fitness, strength and flexibility.
Group Mat classes (online)

Group classes for mixed abilities. Throughout the session we will work through a 'block' system therefore getting a full body workout. The focus will be on core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. There will be attention to breathing so as to enrich our movements and focus the mind. Classes are currently running at the following days / times:
