A session that is tailored to your personal requirements and fitness goals. Addressing specific needs and issues, enabling you to benefit from individual attention and feedback. Private classes are a great way to focus on posture, flexibility, strength and stamina whilst challenging your goals.
Group classes for mixed abilities. Throughout the session we will work through a 'block' system therefore getting a full body workout. The focus will be on core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. There will be attention to breathing so as to enrich our movements and focus the mind.
